OUR ROLE:
We were asked to assist with a comprehensive range of growth services from Capital Raising & Investment, Brand Clarity, IP Strategy, International Registration & Protection, PR & Communications, Technology Development & Implementation, eCommerce Road mapping, Sales & Marketing Strategy, and Identifying Global Licensees for the company's range of products.
We met with Founder and action sports enthusiast Brian Smithies, Shareholders, and Senior Leadership Team, quite a few times, to really understand their vision for the company.
Following on from those meetings, we were able to construct a vision, implementation & deliverables plan that gave the team a clear focus for each stage of the growth plan, including when and how it needed to be implemented.
The rest is history, as they say, as HORNGRY continues to make large leaps forward towards its end goal of becoming the World's No 1 Ethical, Sustainable, Purpose Driven with Fair Trade Practices Action & Extreme Sports Gear Brand.
